Steps in Online Payment

STEPS IN REAL PROPERTY ONLINE PAYMENT

USING BANK ACCOUNT

Step 1.  ACCESS ONLINE BILLING by texting the following Format:
 
               a. RPTBILL*Tax Declaration of Property
                    i. Example: RPTBILL*18-06-0001-01234 
                b. SEND TO: 46818885 or 0919602284
                c. Payor will receive Text Message informing the Amount of Bill together                              with the LINK for ONLINE PAYMENT
 
Step 2. ACCESS ONLINE BILLING by tapping the Link. Review details of bill to be                         paid and tap Proceed Payment
 
                a. Payor is Re-directed or LANDBANK LinkBizPortal Page for the PAYMENT                           DETAIL MENU      
                b. Choose Payment Option, enter Bank Account details, Enter Capcha                                     Code, thick Terms and Condition and Press Continue
                c. Type in the OTP sent to your registered Mobile Phone along with your *JAI
                d. Type your ATM PIN using the PIN PAD then Tap SUBMIT
 
Step 3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION PAGE-
 
                a. Once the transaction is successful, Payor will be Re-directed to Payment                           Confirmation Page
                b. Payor may screenshot the page or save it using PDF Format.
                c. A Confirmation email is also sent to payors registered Email Address
                d. Payor will also receive confirmation text of successful payment
                e. Municipal Treasurers Office will also Receive notification of SUCCESSFUL                         ONLINE PAYMENT
Step 1. ONLINE PAYMENT THRU OFFICIAL WEBSITE of the Municipality of                                     Prosperidad @ www.prosperidad.agusandelsur.gov.ph
 
                a. Select Online Payment
                b. Choose Real Property Online Payment
                c. Enter Tax Declaration Number of Property to be Paid
                d. Click Proceed Payment
 
                     1. Payor is Re-directed to LANDBANK LinkBizPortal Page for the                                             PAYMENT  DETAIL MENU
                     2. Choose Payment Option, enter Bank Account details, Enter Capcha                                    Code, thick Terms and Condition and Press Continue
                     3. Type in the OTP sent to your registered Mobile Phone along with                                        your *JAI
                     4. Type your ATM PIN using the PIN PAD then Tap SUBMIT

                a. Once the transaction is successful, Payor will be Re-directed to Payment                           Confirmation Page

Step 1.  ACCESS ONLINE BILLING by texting the following Format:

Step 4. PAYMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM-
 
                a. Online Payment System will send confirmation text to Municipal                                         Treasurers Office of a SUCCESSFUL ONLINE PAYMENT
                b. Municipal Treasurer’s Office will issue Official Receipts together with the                           POSTING of successful payment
                c. Payor will receive confirmation and notification text of successful                                       payment together with the link to view the Payor’s Official Receipts                                 issued by Municipal Treasurer’s Office of Prosperidad
